Karl Conger
President / COO
Heading up the team with 12 years’ experience in the construction industry starting in the role of Project Engineer and growing his expertise into the roles of Superintendent, Project Manager and now leading his own construction firm, Karl has successfully overseen numerous retail, industrial warehouses, restaurants, renovations, corporate offices and design-build projects ranging from $3K to $8M all over the state of Texas. He makes it his personal mission to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. When not at work you can find Karl spending time with his wife, Molly, and their two children, hanging out with friends and cooking on the grill.
Education: Saint Ambrose University, BS in Kinesiology
Robert Juarez
Vice President Project Management and Estimating
With 8 years’ experience in the construction industry Robert has a detailed service oriented approach to managing projects to meet the needs of both owners and end-users. His collaborative approach forms strong teams to share the goal of quality, cost-effectiveness and safety. Robert’s vast experience with types of projects ranging from $50K to $7M give him a wide array of connections in the field to always give the client options that will best benefit their individual project needs. In Roberts’ spare time you can find him spending time with family, working on his home with his lovely wife, grilling some mean BBQ, visiting local venues and hanging out with friends.

Jessica Burk
Contract Administrator and Office Manager
Born and raised in Texas, Jessica began her journey into the Construction Industry at a young age. With family deeply rooted in the industry, she has always found it intriguing. After graduating from college, Jessica was lucky enough to develop skills in Construction Accounting, Estimating, Project Administration and Project Management with some of the best in the business. Her goal in her career is to know the business from front to back and to understand every aspect of the construction process. In her free time, Jessica enjoys doing anything outdoors, from hanging out by the pool to hiking and camping, and spending time with her loving husband, beautiful son, and three mischievous dogs.

Troy Putman
Superintendent
Bringing 19 years’ experience to the team Troy is not only a seasoned superintendent he also brings his training as an electrician to the team. His extensive knowledge in multiple trades and their scopes create successful and effective lines of communication on-site and throughout the project. Having the long tenure in the construction industry brings strong knowledge of field safety and tools for smooth and efficient job-site management.
